Squid Young Corn

Portion size: 5 people
Materials

* 500 grams of squid, cleaned up the white
* 200 grams of corn, cut into 2

* 1 carrot, cut into thin
* 3 cloves garlic, crushed
* 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
* 1 tablespoon soy sauce
* 1/2 teaspoon sesame oil
* 1/2 teaspoon salt
* 1/2 teaspoon ground pepper
* 3 tablespoons oil

How to make
Remove the squid's head and his body split into 2 parts, slice / slice the meat right in the form boxes, set aside.



Heat oil and saute garlic until golden, then enter the squid, stir, and cook until squid curve.

Enter baby corn, green onions, carrots, oyster sauce, soy sauce and sesame oil, stir well, then cover briefly (about 5 minutes).
